Withdrawal from the contract

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT

A consumer who has concluded a distance contract through the BristleLab online store has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day the Product was taken into possession by the Consumer or a third party indicated by them other than the carrier.

The provisions of this page regarding the Consumer also apply to a natural person concluding a contract directly related to their business activity, when the content of this contract shows that it does not have a professional character for that person.

In the case of a contract covering multiple Products delivered separately, in batches or in parts, the withdrawal period runs from the day of taking possession of the last Product, batch or part.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send a statement of withdrawal from the agreement before its expiry.

How to submit a declaration of withdrawal from the agreement

A declaration of withdrawal from the agreement can be submitted:

  • via the customer account in the BristleLab online store, if the return function is available for a given order
  • electronically to the e-mail address: contact@bristlelab.pl
  • in writing to the Seller's registered office address: ul. Hoża 86/410, 00-682 Warsaw

The Consumer may use the sample withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.

For efficient processing of the return, we recommend including at least the following in the declaration:

  • first and last name
  • order number
  • order receipt date
  • name of the returned Product
  • contact details

Failure to use the form or lack of prior contact with the Seller does not deprive the Consumer of the right to withdraw from the agreement, if the declaration was submitted in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

The Consumer is obliged to return the Product immediately, no later than within 14 days from the day on which they withdrew from the agreement. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send back the Product before its expiry.

Return costs

The Consumer bears the direct costs of returning the Product, unless the Seller expressly states otherwise in a given case.

Refund of payments

In the event of effective withdrawal from the agreement, the Seller shall refund to the Consumer all payments received from them, including the cost of delivering the Product to the Consumer, with the exception of additional costs resulting from the Consumer's choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method available in the store.

The refund of payments shall be made immediately, no later than within 14 days from the day of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from the agreement.

The Seller shall refund payments using the same payment method as used by the Consumer, unless the Consumer expressly agrees to a different refund method that does not involve any costs for them.

The Seller may withhold the refund of payments until receiving the returned Product or until the Consumer provides proof of its return, whichever occurs first.

Condition of the returned Product

The Consumer is liable for any diminished value of the Product resulting from the handling of the Product other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product.

This means that the Consumer has the right to familiarize themselves with the Product in a similar way to how they could do it in a physical store, but is responsible for any decrease in the value of the Product resulting from using it to a greater extent.
