You can report a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The easiest way to do this is through your customer account. If you need support, please contact our customer service department at contact@bristlelab.pl. We kindly ask that you return the unused product in its original packaging.
Delivery within Poland usually takes 1-2 business days. If you place your order by 12:00 PM, we will dispatch it on the same day.
At the moment, we do not yet offer international shipping, but we are working to make it available in the future.
We will keep you updated on the progress of your order via email. You will receive a message when the order is accepted, prepared for shipment, and dispatched. Once the package is on its way, we will also send you the tracking number.
We accept convenient and secure payment methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, BLIK, and card payments. You will also see the available options during checkout.
